Jn 16:12-15
I still have many things to tell you, but you cannot bear them now. When he, the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into the whole truth.
For he will not speak of his own authority, but will speak what he hears, and he will tell you about the things which are to come. He will take what is mine and make it known to you; in doing this, he will glorify me. All that the Father has is mine; for this reason, I told you that the Spirit will take what is mine, and make it known to you.
REFLECTION
READ: The love of God has already been poured out into your hearts by the Holy Spirit given to us.
REFLECT: God is not the great Solitary Bachelor. He is a triple relationship of love. For love is his nature (1 Jn 4: 8,16). And, since we are made in his image and likeness (Gen 1: 26), our ultimate vocation is to become like him, loving persons.
PRAY: Let us pray the “Glory be…” with a special devotion today.
ACT: Let us remember today that each person we meet is a living tabernacle containing the Blessed Trinity.
